I own 32 professional limbering excercises (used by the Bolshoi Ballet, the Russian Imperial Ballet and the Kirov Ballet, taught to Berishnikov and Neureyev) and they are for sale over the internet. They are $6.40 an excercise and can be sent to any country via email. (Note: we shall not send excercises without money first)
