Need help with RSS and ASP

The RSS function in our forum is a great feature but I can not get to work on my site. I am new RSS so I am not familiar with any coding to use it. I found several scripts on the net but none work and all give the same error:

Error: Element content is invalid according to the DTD/Schema.
Expecting: title, link, description.

I tested the feed through the W3C validator in is says "MESZ" is not usable. "The value specified must meet the Date and Time specifications as defined by RFC822"

Does anyone here have any experience/tips on how the use Parsimony rss with ASP?
