In my forum somebody is guessing passwords of forum users. I tried to ban IP but its no use to do that as long as he is using password. How can you help me?
Why it is impossible to ban user that has account on forum? I think it is is a bug.

The purpose of registered users (Stammposter) is to post with banned IPs.

Use stronger passwords and delete the user.
